During Interpack we have already revealed the new names for the different ‘kitchens’ Tanis’ offers. We used to call jelly line, Jelly line, but from now on we do call it a T-Gel. We also have T-Bar for kitchen and slabbing equipment to produce candy bars and T-Brown is all about making caramel.
The components of which these kitchens are made of, are also provided with new names.
All our equipment names start with Tanis, so that you know for sure where you have bought the equipment years ago. After ‘Tanis’ the function of the equipment is listed. We call a weigher a Tanis Weigher and so on.
On the 24 of April; 10.00 o clock it was time, INTERPACK 2008 started!!!! The crew of The Tanis Group was ready to meet with visitors at their booth, coffee was taken care of, cookies were brought and the ladies behind the bar were in position.
Then we had seven days with lots of visitors; people we had not seen for a while and of course new contacts who wanted to speak to one of our account managers or process engineers.
The Tanis Group and their representatives had a very nice and busy EXPO.
Also this year, The Tanis Group will be closed for holidays for two weeks, from July
28, until August 8. For emergencies, we can always be contacted on the known
mobile numbers.
The NEW Website will be launched before the end of July. Because of small problems with providers we could not show it before, but as we have more time for preparation now, it will even be better than planned. The new brochures can also be downloaded from the site and to find out how to get in touch with us will be a piece of cake ( or candy ).

Since a few weeks the assembly hall is packed with equipment, to be exposed during INTERPACK. This kitchen can produce: bonbons / pralines with soufflé, caramel, jelly and fondant. The 4 masses can be combined in different shapes, side by side or centre in shell or other combinations. This kitchen will be serving Eastern European Markets . Also a jelly line is being assembled for an American customer, also this rig be shown at the stand!
At the INTERPACK, Tanis will work with new names for equipment and kitchens. The well known jelly line shall from now on be called a T-Gel line. For more info please visit our booth or our new website (coming soon).
Just before the INTERPACK The Tanis Group will launch its new Website. You can of course still find the well known trademarks: excellent machines and good service. We will inform you as soon as we are on air!
In January we have finished the enlargement of the parking area. Now also sign posting on our premises is in place, so that both customers and suppliers can easily find their way at The Tanis Group.
